Yoga Poses for Period Pains
It’s that time. Your monthly moon cycle has arrived in all its crimson glory. If you’re feeling crampy, cranky, and everything in between, relax, stretch, and breathe. Here are six poses to ease the pain of being a goddess.

Cramps- Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Savanasana) On hands and knees, spread your palms, press down with all fingers, and turn your toes under. Exhale, lift your knees away from the floor and your sitting bones toward the ceiling. Push your heels toward the floor and firm your outer thighs and arms. Hold this pose for one to three minutes.
